COVID-19 has drastically impacted the entire world. In response to this unprecedented global phenomenon, the research team at Parkview have looked at several key aspects of the Parkview Health and the region's COVID response:

Modeling/Simulation

• Validating key assumptions for modeling needs

• Creating hospitalization surge simulations for health system administrators

• Creating hospitalization predictive model based on system-data

Community Needs

• Ongoing surveys to assess changing needs within the community

• Assessing tech use of parents and their children

• Re-opening of schools/re-entry post-quarantine

Outreach

• Working with local business associations, philanthropic agencies, government, and social organizations to share findings from community needs surveys
